Prestige Skills Trainings’ equal opportunities policy ensures that no clients receives less favourable treatment than any other on the grounds of race, colour, nationality, ethnic origin, sex, marital status, religion, sexuality, political belief, disability or age.

In order to maintain quality and excellence, in accordance with national standards, PST will continually update its assessment and high-quality industry expert personnel to reflect changes in legislation, new technology, British Standards, Codes of Practice, equipment manufacturer's requirements and nationally agreed standards.

The PST team maintains a quality system in accordance with the requirements of the all our administrating bodies and industry affiliations. Responsibilities for key components of quality assurance are clearly and unambiguously assigned to ensure that all aspects of the process are effectively organised and maintained from initial contact to certification.

Training and assessment functions are entirely separate from each other and are carried out in different, designated sections of the building. Assessments are carried out by independent assessors.

This commitment to quality applies to every aspect of PST. It is underpinned by the adoption of internal quality assurance systems designed to guarantee that appropriate standards are developed and maintained. The quality systems developed are intended to meet, as a minimum, the requirements of BS EN ISO/IEC 17024:2012, as appropriate, and are subject to regular review.
